Our policy lasts 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return has been received and checked, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of our approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
If you ordered the wrong item we will be required to add an additional £ 2.50 administration charge which will be deducted from your full refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you have ordered an item by mistake, i. H. The wrong model, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. We are also not responsible for return shipping costs incurred for incorrectly ordered items.
If the item doesn't work or you need a replacement, we can fully refund the shipping cost.
